This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Dateshala (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Dateshala mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Dateshala is a self-development, communication, and relationship education platform designed to help users improve interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and relationship awareness.
Dateshala does not promote or support:
Compensated dating
Paid companionship
Prostitution or escort services
Sexual services of any kind
You must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement
Use the App only for lawful purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:
You may not:
Exchange money, gifts, favors, or services for personal interaction, companionship, dates, or attention
Request or offer paid dating, escorting, or companionship
Solicit gifts, payments, or benefits in exchange for communication
You may not:
Offer or request sexual services
Share explicit sexual content
Engage in sexually exploitative behavior
You may not:
Harass, threaten, stalk, or exploit other users
Use hate speech or discriminatory language
Coerce or manipulate users emotionally or financially
You may not:
Impersonate another person
Misrepresent intentions, identity, or affiliations
Use the App for scams or deceptive practices
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal, without notice.
Dateshala allows user-generated content such as profiles, messages, and interactions.
To maintain safety:
Users can report, block, and flag objectionable behavior
Content is reviewed through automated and human moderation
We reserve the right to remove content or accounts at our sole discretion
Dateshala is committed to maintaining a respectful and safe environment.
Dateshala may offer paid subscriptions or paid access to platform features intended to support self-development, learning, or enhanced app functionality.

Responses
Relationship success
All interactions are voluntary and user-driven.
Dateshala may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate this Agreement
You engage in objectionable or abusive behavior
Your conduct risks user safety or platform integrity
Such actions may be taken without prior notice.
Dateshala is provided on an “as is” basis.
We are not responsible for:
User behavior
User-to-user interactions
Emotional distress arising from interactions
Losses resulting from misuse of the App
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
If changes are material:
You will be notified
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance
You may be required to re-accept the Agreement
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
